Scoped verification
Only display a verified state when the service payload says what was verified. Do not infer verification from profile completeness or appearance.
Verification is scoped. Welfare decisions stay accountable.
AdoptVilla uses privacy-safe public presentation and backend-authorized review workflows for verification, moderation and welfare concerns.
Reporting
Concerns about a listing, service or account should go through a protected report workflow so private evidence is not exposed publicly.
Moderation
Frontend controls can present review states, but backend authorization remains the final authority for restrictions, approvals and appeals.
Emergency limitations
AdoptVilla should not promise emergency response. Urgent animal-safety situations should be routed toward appropriate local professional or welfare support.
